Roofing labour

Looking for a roofing labour someone that can help me prep roofs andndo clean up. Depending on the roof size your looking at 3 4 days a week roughly this may change though. Pay is 20 dollars a hour cash and is paid when the house is complete. Minimum 8 hour days and i do not drive so start time is when i arrive usually 9 oclock.
