Heavy-Duty Equipment Mechanic

• Fleet Maintenance – Heavy Industrial Equipment, Commercial truck and trailer
• Preventative Maintenance
• Overhaul and rebuild activities
• Communicate with the supervisor to ensure a smooth flow of communication during repairs
• Ensure work is completed in a timely manner
• Strong troubleshooting background in air and electrical
• Strong work ethic

Welding experience is considered an asset.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Heavy equipment or commercial truck and trailer maintenance
2. The self-motivated candidate should be able to perform alone and in a team environment
3. Preference will be given to candidates with mechanics licensing – Red Seal
4. Experience in welding and fabrication an asset
