Full time Live in Housekeeper required for private west side hom

Seeking a reliable, experienced, live in, full time housekeeper to attend to the day to day cleaning and upkeep of an estate sized home on Vancouver’s West side beginning in September or October 2024.
A separate one bedroom suite with a reduced rent is provided on site with internet, cable and utilities included. A car allowance, parking for one vehicle, basic medical, and a competitive monthly salary is also included with the position.

Position is suited to an individual with a strong sense of detail and routine, who enjoys providing a high level of service, is responsible, respectful of privacy, and agreeable to working with a flexible schedule to accommodate the home owner’s calendar.

Duties include indoor cleaning, laundry, dish cleaning, bed making, and minor grounds exterior upkeep. Candidate must take care of one small dog, including daily morning walks and be able to run errands with their own vehicles to maintain home supplies, basic groceries, and other miscellaneous tasks from time to time.

No child supervision or cooking is required with this position.

Considerable housekeeping experience is vital as are current references. Fluent spoken and written English and completion of a thorough background check are requirements of this position.
