Seeking Experienced Nanny in Echo Bay, Ontario

Hey there! Our family in Echo Bay, Ontario is in need of a responsible and caring nanny. I have an infant who needs someone trustworthy to look after them while I’m at work.
Ideally, I’d love to find someone who would be willing to live at my house – free room and board, groceries, and willing to discuss compensation for gas and cellphone – in lieu of a set hourly rate. My work schedule is 2 days, 2 nights, and then 4 off on a repeating schedule.
So there is quite a bit of time for another job or to go to school.
There are only 2 days out of every 8 that full day care is needed. Otherwise it’s just a matter of putting her to bed the other 2 nights and then you’d almost always just get a regular full night of sleep, as she sleeps through the night consistently.
