Looking for a superintendent for a lodging house

Hello,
I am a property manager. I am looking for a superintendent who can take care of a 13 bedroom lodging house. A furnished room will be provided to the superintendent free of charge. I need someone with handyman capacity.
No salary, but free accommodation will be provided
Job Responsibilities
1. Daily cleaning of lodging house’s common areas kitchen, washrooms, etc.
2. Take care of garbage and put at curb
3. Routine general maintenance, (Need to have own tools, Materials will be provided)
4. General handyman Routine: small maintenance
5. Lawn moving and snow shoveling of the property
6. Fill up water softener
7. Watching security camera in general area and helping other lodgers
Important: Free lodging will be provided only. No salary. individual is spending about 4 to 5 hours up to 10 hours per week doing maintenance. Individual is free to do other part time work or jobs.
