– 2 bedroom Townhome for Rent $1,600/mo electric (which includes heat) Landlord pays water
– Suite is freshly decorated, /- 1,400 sq ft., has laundry hookups, baseboard heating & window a/c
– Looking for someone willing to complete various work as a part-time Grounds Keeper
– Must live on site
– Estimated hours: approx. 20-25 hours per month

– Basic Job Duties include: Keeping the pathways clear of needles, leaves and debris with blower or broom, Monitor and tidy in and around the garbage dumpster, use a shovel to rearrange the load within the dumpster as necessary, Minor repairs to the exterior of buildings, Timely removal of snow from walkways to prevent ice from forming, reporting of any building violations

– Possible extra duties: Misc. maintenance work around the property. Pay TBD
