Responsibilities:
1. Efficiently plan staff assignments and job schedules to maximize productivity and meet deadlines.
2. Handle invoicing and bookkeeping tasks accurately using QuickBooks.
3. Communicate job requirements and expectations clearly with crew leaders.
4. Address client inquiries and schedule changes promptly and professionally.
5. Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth company operations.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably within the landscaping or related industry.
2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
3. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with both internal staff and external clients.
4. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in completing tasks.
