Print Production Manager – Position Available

Local Edmonton Private Signage and Digital Press Business seeking candidates for
Print Production Specialist/Manager Position.

Business prodution includes signage, wide format printing products, as well as small format printing products.

Full Time Position
Duties comprise of design work, operating printing equipment ( Roland Wide format Xerox )
Design work requires proficiency in Corel Draw or Illustrator, Corel preferred
( Primary usage is Print Merge, Cut Contour, ability to trace and recreate from scans etc )
Personal Job Flow management, and digital organization of created files, to be able to be accessed later.
Knowledge of the production process,e.g. weeding, masking, bleed allowance, application will be an asset
Business has dedicated staff for application, and media preperation and invoicing.
You will be required to work as part of a team, and responsible for the customer point of contact to seek requirements, and delivery upon completion in addition to production.

Customer inquiries come in primarily through email and phone, however there still are walkins as well.

Some training will be provided, specific to the business end of things, but the assumption will be made that the candidate possesses knowledge of signage industry and is proficient in design software.
