Location: Calgary and surrounding areas
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time you work as much or as little as you want. We are very busy.

Job Description:
We are seeking another detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for our exterior projects, ensuring that all customer requirements are met and keeping great communication with the office and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
– Onsite visits with customers to review project plans and specifications to understand the scope of work, Chinook Exteriors to provide leads, but obtaining other relationships and leads as well on their own a huge assett.
– Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment in a quick turnaround time.
– Communicate with the office, suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing information.
– Collaborate with the sales team and the office to develop competitive bids.
– Present estimates to clients and answer any questions they may have.
– Maintain accurate records of all estimates and related documentation.
– Stay updated on industry trends and pricing.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction or exterior solutions industry.
– Strong understanding of home exteriors; eavestrough, soffit, fascia, roofing, siding, windows, doors, construction methods, materials, and costs.
– Excellent mathematical and analytical skills and being able to work in a fast paced environment.
– Knowledge in quickbooks to provide estimates.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
