WANTED: Roof truss installers with lift crane/boom truck 38’x66′

we need experienced carpenter team / roof truss installers with crane operator and equipment to install 30 roof trusses over the existing flat roof 38′ x 66′.

Tasks:
1) Install trusses
2) OSB board on top of the trusses
3) Membrane on top of OSB board
4) Metal sheeting on top of the roof (40′ x 66′) with ridge vent.
5) Ice guard rails at the bottom of each side of the roof.
6) Gutters with 4 downspouts

We will purchase materials, your task is to provide labor estimate to complete those tasks.
Property has proper access and clearance to lift trusses. 228 Hannah street in Vanier.
