Part time: Caretakers Helper
Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
Start time is set for Fridays at 6 AM-flexibility on other days
Light cleaning, changing equipment filters as required, walking to check floors of my condominium complexes for burnt out lights and other issues
Driver’s license needed
Able to get to 1002 Ave K North location at start times
Payroll at $50.00 for each shift-usually about 2 and a half hours
Starting date is September 2nd 2024
Ideal candidate would be a mature individual possibly retired or semi-retired and able to work independently and somewhat mechanically inclined
