Seeking Energetic, Trusting Live-Out Nanny in Regina, Saskatchew

We are currently a family of 3, soon to be 4 (January 2025). My son is currently 13 months old. He is busy, kind, funny and energetic little boy.
We are looking for care for our one son, with the option to expand to care for our infant, when they arrive. I will be taking a short maternity leave, working from home initially and will still be needing help during that time. Currently, we have a family member looking after our son, but are hoping to phase them out and phase a nanny in. We would be looking for help for 3-4 days a week (730am-330pm).

We are a family with conservative values. We prioritize a gentle parenting style, healthy nutritious meals (instructed by mom), no screen-time and Montessori style of learning.

We would love a nanny that will grow with our family for years to come, until the kids go to school but even then, potentially needed for before and after school. We are hoping for someone to do light household duties, primarily focusing on cooking nutritious and delicious food for our son. We also have a cat who is very chill, mostly stays out of the way unless he wants treats.

This position would be live out, with wage starting at around $20/hr with possibility to increase depending on qualifications and performance. CPR certification and having your own vehicle is required.
