Minor concrete and cinder block cutting needed.

I have some very minor concrete to cut in basement floor, about 5″ more off an already cut edge, around 6″ deep. I also want to cut out a 20″ X 30″ space in a cinder block wall from the outside to fit in a window. If you don’t have the appropriate saw I will rent for the job. Shouldn’t be more than 90 minutes work. $200.00
