Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Residential and Commercial Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to various residential and commercial properties. This position requires a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently. Must have your own reliable transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
– Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial spaces.
– Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces to maintain cleanliness and organization.
– Handle cleaning equipment and supplies with care and ensure they are properly maintained.
– Follow established cleaning protocols and health/safety guidelines.
– Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
– Work flexible hours as needed.
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is required.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks thoroughly and efficiently.
– Reliable transportation to travel to various job sites.
– Good physical condition and stamina to perform cleaning tasks.
– Ability to work independently.
– Excellent communication skills.
