Kings Honda is hiring for a Detail Manager

Duties:

• communicate with dealership personnel in a friendly manner and obtain vehicle/customer information
• create repair orders for internal dealerships
• provide estimates on body repair and input data through a DMS system
• develop close relationships with staff and monitor workload of shop to stay of task
• maintain high dealership standards of workmanship quality as maintaining productivity deadlines
• must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• must be able to work with Excel
• track record of managing and training staff

Requirements:

• must have a valid drivers license and present a drivers abstract
• excellent customer service skills
• enthusiastic personality, neat and professional appearance
• strong interpersonal skills, a good listener who can cultivate relationships
• previous automotive experience would be an asset but not required
• on site training will be provided
• position available immediately
