Job Description:
G4U Security is seeking dedicated and professional Security Guards to join our team across various cities in Alberta. Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control access at assigned sites.
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security.
Respond to alarms and emergencies in a timely manner.
Report and document any suspicious activities or incidents.
Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Operate security equipment such as CCTV systems and communication devices.
Assist in enforcing security procedures and protocols.
Experience and Education:
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in security or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Security Guard training and certification is an asset otherwise will be provide.
Qualifications:
Valid Security Guard License in Alberta or willingness to obtain.
Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods.
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (Pre-approved LMIA available).
