Concrete Floor Leveler

Job Summary:

Safeline Group (Ottawa 2019) Inc. is currently seeking a Concrete Floor Leveler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a range of tasks related to leveling and smoothing concrete surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for leveling by cleaning, repairing, and leveling out any uneven areas.
• Apply self-leveling concrete to floors, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
• Use hand and power tools to level concrete surfaces.
• Operate various equipment such as concrete grinders, scarifiers, and shot blasters to prepare surfaces for leveling.
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete mixtures using various tools.
• Ensure that the work area is clean and free from any debris after each job.
• Complete all work in a timely and efficient manner, meeting project deadlines.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in concrete floor leveling.
• Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment and materials.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and own transportation.
