Appointment Coordinator & Front Desk Attendant

We are seeking to hire for an entry-level role as an Appointment Coordinator and Front Desk Attendant at Jay’s Automotive. This position plays a crucial role as the primary contact point for clients booking appointments and managing vehicle drop-offs and pickups, all while maintaining our exceptional customer service. The job responsibilities include:
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments.
• Greeting clients at the reception, receiving keys, and confirming service details.
• Handling invoicing and processing payments at the time of pickup.
• Maintaining cleanliness in the reception area, customer lounge, and staff lunchroom through various cleaning tasks.
• Verifying the accuracy of delivered parts and processing returns promptly.

What we are looking for:
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in computer usage and willingness to learn new software.
• Positive and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to ensure all tasks are completed.
• While automotive knowledge is beneficial, it is not mandatory.

The starting wage is $18 per hour, with potential for an increase based on demonstrated automotive experience. Anticipated start date is September 16, 2024.
