– Assist in the development of menu items and specials

– Monitor and manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies
– Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
– Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operation
– Follow proper cooking techniques and methods to achieve desired outcomes
– Adapt recipes and cooking methods to accommodate dietary restrictions or special requests
– Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management regarding any issues or concerns.
