Anchor Toyota is excited to announce an opening for a Used Car Sales Manager, thanks to recent internal career growth! The Used Car Sales Manager with Anchor Toyota is responsible for overseeing all operations within the Used Sales Department of the dealership. With industry experience and demonstrated success in sales, the Used Car Sales Manager is tasked with ensuring the department runs smoothly and profitably. This involves strategic planning, organization, directing the team, and maintaining control over various aspects such as forecasting sales, meeting targets, and achieving bottom-line results. We offer competitive compensation, commensurate with experience and qualification, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.

  • Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts for department
  • Primary focus on Used car department, with New car responsibilities as required
  • Monitor Used car and New car departments profitability and take responsibility for corrective measures
  • Maintain and control vehicle inventory
  • Work with staff to ensure proper lead management
  • Work cohesively with other dealership departments to ensure ultimate functionality
  • Lead, coach and mentor staff and take your team to the finish line
  • Manage sales, expenses, and staff
  • Other duties as required

Requirements

  • 3-5 years previous automotive sales experience
  • Demonstrated skill in managing teams in a fast-paced environment
  • A proven track record of setting and achieving sales targets
  • Financial knowledge of dealership operations
  • Previous experience as a team leader / mentor / coach
