Are you someone who is passionate about working with young children? Do you have a genuine desire to make a positive impact on their lives? We are currently seeking an Assistant Teacher, ideally with a background in Montessori education to join our team at our Oakville, Ontario location.
As an Assistant Teacher in our Montessori program, you will play a crucial role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for our young students. Your responsibilities will include assisting the lead teacher in implementing the Montessori curriculum, observing and documenting children’s progress, and providing individualized support to meet their unique learning needs.

We are looking for individuals who possess a sincere love for children, a patient and understanding demeanor, and a commitment to fostering a love of learning. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in a Montessori setting and hold an Early Childhood Education or assistants’ diploma or equivalent.

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $23.0, 6 weeks vacation, and includes health and dental group benefits.
