Part Time Sales Associate

We are seeking a personable and dynamic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Sales Associate. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our company, helping customers find the right used appliances to suit their needs. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining our high standards.

Work Schedule:
Before applying, please ensure you can commit to the following hours:
• Monday – Friday: 3:00 PM – 7:00/8:00 PM (hours may vary depending on the day’s activity)
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ensure customers are attended to promptly and thoroughly.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.
• Follow up on outstanding customer issues or inquiries.
• Assist customers with scheduling and booking appliance deliveries, ensuring options fit their budget.
• Focus on building customer relationships rather than just selling products.
• Process payments accurately.
• Maintain an organized and tidy showroom and work area.
• Manage online ads and post appliances online for customer viewing.
• Handle customer complaints and schedule service calls.
• Always represent the business professionally.
Qualifications:
• Must be a “PEOPLE PERSON.”
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable starting conversations with anyone.
• Fluent in speaking and writing English.
• Skilled in price negotiation with customers.
• Capable of handling cash accurately.
• Outgoing, positive, and energetic personality.
Compensation:
• Starting at $18/hour (cash or SIN), with wages depending on experience.
• Paid weekly.
