Home Health care Aide needed immediately

Hiring experienced health care aides/student nurses to help care for my husband with SPMS.
Bedside care, skincare, medication administration, ROM and Strengthening Exercises, food prep and feeding, light housekeeping. Transfer using a Hoyer lift. He needs full care.
We have short shifts 7 days per week and have 4 staff; we prefer 5. 1 person is still in school, busy weekends. we are east of Deer Valley Mall. I prefer people fairly close because of the short shifts and sometimes short notice.

Occasionally there is an open weekday morning shift but most are evenings (2-3 hours) and weekend (2-4 hours) morning shifts, some weekend evenings. Will explain more in the interview.

Weekday evenings there are about 2-4 shifts open (we’re flexible and will work something out between the evening caregivers). My regular evening person is on vacation at the end of August.
The schedule has to change in September where more Thursday to Saturday shifts will be open. Saturdays will be about every other weekend and some short early Sunday morning shifts (7:45).
All evening shifts are about 6-8:30 pm, with some flexibility.
Police check, some education or experience required. HCA certificate not required but beneficial.
