Office Administrator/Receptionist
Full Job Description

· Manage the front desk, answering phones, taking messages, responding to inquiries
· Filing of payable, receivables, employee folders
· Manage phone calls and correspondence Creating work orders
· Caring for the office and making sure it is presentable always
· Filing, scanning and keeping the records of the documents
· Check invoices in a timely manner And contact Insurance Companies
· Emailing the invoices and transaction receipt to the customers
Qualifications and Skills
· Post-Secondary Education
· 1 -2 years’ experience
· Excellent computer skills including Microsoft office
· The ability to multi task and learn fast
· Great time management skills and attention to detail
· Strong communication skills
