Experience Line cook/chef

Looking for an experienced chef/line cook for All day Breakfast Diner.
Day to Day:
– perform delegated tasks from GM/chef
– day to day food preparation as per the required standards
– follow recipes, portion control and specifications set by restaurant
– maintain prep list for station duties
– keep the station clean and contamination free
– assist in preparing inventory and food control
– assist in receiving and storing items in freezer and cooler as per food handling certification requirements
– strictly adhere to whimis and MSDS guidelines
Requirement:
Food handling certification
Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills.
