WHAT WE ARE DOING TO KEEP YOU SAFE:

  • Strictly adhering to protocols set by our governments, public health authorities, and medical professionals
  • Providing hand sanitizing stations, disinfectant wipes, masks and gloves for employee use
  • Enhanced cleaning procedures by our dedicated cleaning team
  • Implementing pre-screening questions for customers prior to booking appointments

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Have strong written and verbal communication.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Have strong organization and time management skills.
  • Have a basic knowledge of computers and data entry.
  • Have a positive attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Interact with customers by telephone to follow-up on services required.
  • Book appointments for customers to have services completed.
  • Maintain filing system of customer records.
  • General administrative support.
