Supervision: Oversee and manage a team of janitorial staff, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards while adhering to company policies.
Project Management: Plan and execute building maintenance projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance in all client facilities, conducting regular inspections and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Staff Training: Provide training and development opportunities to the janitorial team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed for their roles.
Client Relations: Foster strong client relationships, addressing concerns, and maintaining open communication to meet customer needs.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Qualifications:
• Detail-orientated, self-starter.
• Previous experience in building maintenance or related field.
• Proven experience in project management and team supervision.
• Driver’s licence and transportation required.
• Will be required to hold a valid PWGSC security clearance at all times..
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excel and MS project an asset
• A proven track record and references are required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25 -$30.00 per hour

• On call weekends alternating
