• answering customer requests, and follow up
• Responsible for preparing purchase orders, quotations and invoices related to sales
• Receiving in bound invoice and goods,
• proactively respond and follow up on sales leads

Position Overview
This position is an essential part of Diamant Inc. Responsible for dealing with in-bound customer calls, on a regular basis, this position reflects upon our company goals and image. It is imperative the incumbent be comfortable dealing with the public in a variety of ways. For the right individual, this position has the potential to grow into a more senior role
Qualifications/Requirements:
• 3-5 years experience in a customer service or sales administrator role
• Post secondary education required
• Knowledge in the tooling or cutting tool/metal working industry would be an asset
• Average computer skills, knowledge of Spire software will be an asset

Required Competencies:
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong time management and organizational skills in order to work in a fast paced setting
• Results oriented
• Comfortable dealing with the public (suppliers, customers, etc.)
• Strong interpersonal skills with business diplomacy and professionalism
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
