We are seeking to recruit a Temporary full time Office Administrator Position within our busy Mechanic’s Shop in Rimbey Alberta.
Hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday- Friday with one hour lunch for 2 months until our administrator comes back from medical leave. Potential for part time work after our employee comes back.
Benefits include- Dental, Medical, Eye and Life Insurance for individual or family. (Will get rid of the 3 month probation period for your benefits)
Location: Rimbey, AB
Duties will include:
Answering Phones/Email’s- Providing general customer service.
Processing accounts receivable invoices, monthly statements, bank payments and receipts.
Ordering of parts from vendors.
Other general office duties as required.
Essential Criteria:
Excellent customer services skills.
Ability to work on own initiative in a busy and efficient manner.
Have excellent oral, written and electronic communication skills.
IT literate with experience in Google sheets/Google word & Quickbooks Online.
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Hoping for at least one year’s experience in office administration but willing to train the right candidate.
Wage to be determined upon experience.
Must be able to work well with others
