We are a (long term) Furnished Room Rental company looking to hire more staff as independent contractors
Commission based salary $200 per room rented on a 1 year lease
Job duty: Include posting adds, showing rental properties to prospective tenants as we have complete pictures & videos of the properties and every room in place, Conducting credit and background checks, and organizing payments and applications,
All properties are near downtown which make it easier to do showing for all if needed
