What is the job?

Supporting NB Power customer care through multi-channel services in account information and other areas supporting customer inquires
Interact with customer via phone or email to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
What do you bring to the job?

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
Strong Customer Service skills
Reliable and act with tact and diplomacy
Able to multi-task in busy environment
Competent with various computer programs, including Microsoft Office
Ability to work in a team environment
A criminal record check is required
