Job-Facilities Technician
Location– BC, Penticton , 2111 Main Street
Pay-$25/hr
Contract-3 Month Contract

What’s the Job?

Respond to tenant and employee service calls and complaints as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Change lights, tubes, and lenses as well as clean light fixtures.
Provide handyman services in the areas of general repairs such as flooring, touch-up painting, locks and hardware, ceiling tiles, etc.
Provide maintenance and repairs to building equipment and assist with landscaping and other outdoors duties.
Provide assistance as directed to other building trade person in the areas of preventative maintenance, electrical maintenance, etc.
Complete custodial housekeeping tasks in the mechanical/electrical areas.
Maintain work areas clean, efficient, and organized at all times.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned from time-to-time.
