Position: Full-time
Pay: Depending on Experience
Location: In-person, Reporting to head office in Vaughan
Experience Needed: In home automation and installation (mainly alarms, such as DSC and ICT), WITH CERTFICATION IN BOTH PREFERRABLE, and EXPERIENCE IN HOME AUTOMATION RACKS!!! You must know how to install and run the alarm system from start to finish within a given amount of time.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Home Automation Specialist to join our client team. As a Home Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining home automation systems for our clients. Your expertise in smart home technology will enable you to provide exceptional service and support to our customers.
Responsibilities:
– Install and configure home automation systems
– Program and customize automation systems to meet the specific needs and preferences of clients
– Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to home automation systems
– Lead the installation team, help guide and instruct workers on how to execute the work
– Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues
– Ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications:
– DSC/ICT Certification (or willing to obtain upon hiring)
– Minimum 2 years Canadian relevant experience, and must know the system inside out
– Experience in home automation Racks
– Team leadership experience is a plus!
– Knows how to install and get the system working from start to finish
