ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT NEEDED

Custom Courier Co. Ltd.

Administration Assistant position open for immediate start date. Full time position. Monday to Friday. The hours for this position will be 8:30am – 5:00pm.

Custom Courier Co. Ltd is looking for a highly motivated and self-directed individual who can work independently alongside our Team with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
The desired candidate for this position will be responsible for the following tasks;
• Answer incoming calls and emails in a timely manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or complaints.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation.
• Invoicing/billing of trips accurately.
• The ability to work well under pressure and to meet deadlines.
• Ability to coordinate a multitude of tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills and computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office.
• Must possess a strong work ethic and team attitude.
Previous experience in the transportation industry would be beneficial but not required. Previous office experience is a must. This position includes group benefits, company matching Pension Plan and profit sharing.
