Siding Crew Foreman

Rom Bros Exteriors Inc. is seeking a Foreman on our Siding installation crew. This Foreman will be responsible for the supervision and planning of all activities that take place on a company work site. The role will be to work with Site contacts, crew members, and management team to meet project budgets, adhere to company schedules, and maintain quality productivity.

What we need
– 5 years of installation experience of siding and exterior cladding.
-Demonstrate knowledge of all building codes, safety regulations, and various building techniques. Experience with various products in a bonus.
-Able to read and interpret blueprints and the ability to communicate the details to crew members.
-Excellent attention to detail, ability to stay organized and display time management skills to meet deadlines and follow up on outstanding items.
-Established interpersonal and leadership qualities to set an example for others on site and push pace.
-Good communication skills, positive attitude and eager to continuously learn.
-Ability to make decisions and take ownership of actions.
– Confident use of smartphone and Microsoft Office.
