Roofing crew foreman

Rom Bros Exteriors Inc. is seeking a Foreman on our roofing installation crew. This Foreman will be responsible for the supervision and planning of the roofing scope of work. The role will be to work with crew members, site contacts and management team to meet project budgets, adhere to company schedules, and maintain productivity.

What we looking for

-5 years of installation experience of in roofing.
-Demonstrate knowledge of all building codes, safety regulations, and various building techniques. Experience with specialty roofing products in a bonus.
-Excellent attention to detail, ability to stay organized and display time management skills to meet deadlines and follow up on outstanding items.
-Established interpersonal and leadership qualities to set an example for others on site
-Good communication skills, positive attitude and eager to continuously learn
-Ability to make decisions and take ownership of action.
– Valid fall protection and Manlift training (in class -not online training)
– Confident use of microsoft office and use of smartphones or tablets is required.

Rom Bros Exteriors Inc is a growing company that has gained a large inventory of jobs and projects. We are set to complete over 400 units this year and we want our crews that can take on large multifamily projects or divide into smaller crews and tackle single family homes depending on schedule needs.
