Job Description: Location- Kelowna Area Paul Davis Restoration of Okanagan Valley, has a full time Construction / Restoration Lead Hand opening in Kelowna Area. Paul Davis is an International Restoration Comp[any with offices across North America, and is a Preferred Provider for many of the major Insurance Providers. This provides stability and opportunities for growth. Paul Davis Restoration of Okanagan Valley is a locally owned and operated restoration company servicing from Osoyoos to Vernon. We respond to All types of emergencies including Flood, Fire, Smoke, Mold, Wind and others. Paul Davis is growing Quickly and provides opportunity for a very rewarding career and advancement in the company. Responsibilities include · Reviewing Scopes and Estimates for construction Projects. Preparing material takeoffs and labor requirements. Sourcing and working with Sub-trades Leading and working on a team focused on Demolition and Reconstruction on Residential and Commercial Properties. Construction Experience and experience in the use of Tools required. Please provide your own basic tools. Position involves Exterior repairs, Framing, drywall, finishing, painting and General Construction Duties. Experience with Flooring, Tile and Cabinets helpful but not required. Ability to work with clients during a very difficult and stressful time. Good understanding of the Equipment and Requirements in the Restoration Industry is a benefit but not essential. Paul Davis is willing to train the right candidate for this rewarding Career. It is critical to be self directed but also important to work as a member of a diverse team. Valid and clean driver’s license required Experience in restoration or construction work is required. Construction related Certifications or Training are an Asset.
