Wanted: Laboratory Tester (FT)

CTA Lab is seeking Laboratory Tester in the asphalt and concrete materials lab. Start date : August 21, 2024

Terms of Employment:
Base rate $17.00/hr during probation then$20-25/hr benefits. In-person employment full-time (>30 hours weekly).

Job Description:
1. Asphalt testing;
2. Concrete testing;
3. Working with and providing support to other members with laboratory test; and
4. Performing other related duties as assigned.

Qualification:
– 8 month experience in asphalt testing, preferred but not required;
– Numeracy skills, strong organizational, self-initiator, time-management and multi-tasking skills is an asset; lift up to 25 kg; and
– Availability to work up to Dec 13, 2024.
