Experienced Framer needed for busy renovation company.

We are a busy, mid sized construction company who have been extensively gut-renovating homes and adding additions in Downtown and mid-town toronto for 20 years.
We are looking to add an experienced framing carpenter to our existing team of four carpenters.
We are looking for a skilled framer with at least 5 years of experience, who can work well with the others, and follow instruction/direction well.

We typically run four projects at a time, year round, and the perfect applicant would have the ability to to work steadily and productively each day (mon-fri only) from 7am-4pm.
Finish carpentry skills would be a great asset also, as we do most of our own finish carp work in house.
We are commencing a new project this week on Roncesvalles Avenue in High Park, where we will be steadily working through November 2024.
We would start the right applicant between $32-$40/hr, (dependant on a few factors – namely experience) with raises from there that will correspond with dependability, skill and time.

A resume is ok, but what would be preferred is a quick note telling us a bit about the type/nature of the carpentry work that you have been doing particularly over the last few years, and the skills you have.
