Part Time Administrative Assistant/Accounts Receivable Clerk

We have a need for a Part Time Administrative Assistant/Accounts Receivable Clerk.

As a leader in the Sign Industry in Atlantic Canada, Atlantic Signs has designed, manufactured, and installed every type of interior and exterior signage from coast to coast. We require someone with experience in Administration, who is willing to continually learn.

The duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering the main line and directing calls as required
  • Answering emails in a professional manner
  • Creating invoices in Jobboss and QuickBooks
  • Billing through other client portals
  • Receiving payments
  • Ensuring all open work orders are invoiced in the appropriate month
  • Monitoring the A/R list and reaching out to clients for payment
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Assisting Sales with work orders, purchase orders, etc.

Salary to be determined, we offer a benefits package and company contributed RRSP plan.
