$25 cash paid – 20 hours a week—Semi Skilled Landscaping Worker

Do you have some landscaping construction experience?
This is a part-time position that is available till the end of September
This is a labour skill position, meaning it is physically intensive with a demand for thinking.
Intermediate level of skills I am looking for:
– Be aware of the time and pace of job at all times
– know and demonstrate how to use a rake and level or grade the soil, gravel, and road crush to the required slope
– know and demonstrate to start the mini bobcat and perform basic tasks like loading wheelbarrows or transporting gravel or soil
– know and demonstrate the installation of weed barrier cloth by measuring and cutting it to suit to the space
– know and demonstrate the laying of sod, including “uncurling” and rolling
– Know and demonstrate the use of bubble or spirit levels

Any additional skills like carpentry or stone laying will be incentivized on a project basis
$25 cash paid, and this is an on-call part-time position, around twenty hours a week.
EI/CPP available , laid off in September
Employment carried over to next season
