Brake Press Operator

We are looking for candidates with experience in Brake Press for one of our clients in Mississauga. People with work permit/PR/Citizens are eligible to apply.

Join our team as a Press Brake Operator at our dynamic manufacturing facility. As a Press Brake Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process by operating and maintaining press brake machinery to produce high-quality metal components.

Responsibilities:
-Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal plates according to precise specifications.
-Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine the correct settings for the press brake.
-Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and make adjustments as needed.
-Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and efficiency.
-Perform routine maintenance on press brake machinery to ensure smooth operations.
-Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to maintain a secure working environment

Skills:
-Proficiency in operating press brake machinery.
-Able to read drawings and blueprints.
-Ability to understand and perform basic programming for press brake machines.
-Knowledge of lathe operations and caliper usage.
-Experience with CNC machines is advantageous.
-Strong grasp of basic math concepts for measurements and calculations
-Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are desirable.
-Strong communication. skills in English.
