Lawyer – Outside Counsel

Skyway Express has in-house counsel on a contract basis. REQUIRED – A lawyer to attend on civil matters as a barrister. In-house counsel will prepare the pleadings, motion records, factums, etc. and outside counsel will attend on discoveries, motions, hearings, etc. Remuneration is either hourly or block fee, to be negotiated.
