Part Time Medical Office Assistant

Rutherford Physical Therapy & Sports Injury Clinic is looking for a bright and energetic individual to join our busy clinic. The ideal candidate must hold a strong attention to detail, and possess the ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff and physiotherapists. Must be able to work well in a team-based and fast paced environment and work effectively on their own. Responsibilities include greeting patients, answering phone calls, booking appointments, billing patient to Extended Health Care or MVA or other third party company, assisting Physiotherapists and keeping the area clean and organize.
