We are looking for Blow-In insulation Installer/Truck Operators who want to join our Insulation
Company and help us complete projects for our Saskatoon and area clients. We are seeking hardworking and motivated individuals to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for driving Blow-In Truck to job site, installing, and removing blow-in insulating materials, ensuring that proper safety protocols are followed, and ensuring all work is completed on schedule. As a member of our team, you will work directly with maintenance and construction teams to complete your job and serve on an interdisciplinary team along side both crafts people and professionals.
Key Components of the Role (include but not limited to)
-Excellent leadership and time management skills
-Maintain regular in-person contact with supervisors (both in-house and on-site)
-Assist in set up, moving materials, installation and clean up
-Ensure site safety, completion of pre-use equipment inspections and participation on safety talks
-Willingness and ability to learn new procedures primarily through verbal instruction and observation
-Ensure all required maintenance and repairs are completed on vehicles and equipment
-Work within a team
Qualifications
-Valid driver’s licence and clean drivers abstract
-Ability to climb ladders, work with heights and work in confined spaces
-Have personal cell phone, comfortable with cell phone (text and email)
-Strong communication and time management skills
