RECEPTIONIST (Customer Service Triage & Support) – FT Seasonal

PartsASAP | Combine World is an established agricultural organization that focuses on selling used equipment, parts, and in-house manufactured products.

We are looking for hardworking, enthusiastic and reliable people with an administration background to join to our team. The current position is seasonal, but there is the possibility to advance to a full-time permanent position with additional responsibilities for the right person. We are a fun, high spirited group of people who enjoy what we do and pride ourselves on the organization we are building. Experience is not required but is an asset. There is opportunity for overtime and on-the-job training will be provided.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Responsibilities:
• Ability to work under pressure. This is a fast-paced position. Ability to work under pressure is an asset
• Communicating with walk-in customers
• Knowledge of computers and general programs like Word and Excel
• Invoicing customers and taking payments
• Assisting Sales staff when needed

Tuesday – Friday 7:00am – 5:30p.m.
Aug – Oct

In the end, we are a close group of hard-working individuals, who get along very well. We also have many social activities to keep our bond and communication strong. Some of these activities include: daily group meetings, occasional hot lunches, breakfasts, ping pong tournaments, and health and wellness activities.

Combine World is located 20 minutes East of Sasktoon on Highway #16.
