Bilingual Customer Service

We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our team in Markham.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and French, providing exceptional customer service to our diverse client base.

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for providing customer service support for customers and Sales Representatives and ensuring that our customer needs are met or exceeded.
  • Answer incoming customer calls promptly to place orders for product sales.
  • Resolve problems and concerns that customers may have with all facets of product ordering, sales and service.
  • Track product shipments upon the customer’s request or Sales Representatives’ request.
  • Enter standing orders, fax orders, blanket orders, and mail orders as needed.
  • Assist Sales Representatives with customer account problems and assist with sample mailings.
  • Correspond with Shipping, Marketing, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing to ensure that products are available as soon as possible for shipment to the customer.
  • Enter phone orders as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education equivalent to a high school diploma, with one or more years of post-High School education preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of previous customer service experience.
  • Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, ERP systems, and other applicable software programs.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and make decisions quickly and accurately.
  • Ability to craft professional email communications.
  • Knowledge of applicable customer service techniques and the ability to apply those techniques while working with the public.
  • Bilingual- French/English. Exceptional verbal communication skills in both specified languages

Pay:
$50,000.00 – $60,000.00 annually
