Hiring!! Full Time Caregiver

This position has great hours for those who love to work afternoons/evenings 1PM – 10:30PM! I have met some amazing people over the past couple of years doing interviews. F: 12PM – 6PM

I am seeking a Full-Time Personal Caregiver to join our team! You will assist in the daily care of myself, a disabled 26-year-old with Duchenne’s Muscular Dystrophy. I live in a fully wheelchair-accessible home with a ceiling track and lift, roll-in shower, elevator, ect. The job itself entails helping with daily needs such as showering, toilet, cooking, and cleaning as needed. We are big on creating a very positive happy work environment that feels like home, after all, you will be working in our home and your comfort is just as important to us as our own.

Responsibilities:
– Assist client with daily living activities
– Cleaning and laundry as necessary
– Helping prepare meals
– Collaborate with client and caregivers for the best care opportunities
– Outings with client
– Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment ​

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in personal care or other related fields is an asset but is not required
– Must be punctual
– Compassionate and caring demeanour
– Good written and verbal communication skills
– Can potentially work extra hours if and when necessary
