Landscaping Installation Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Crew Leader to join our team. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing 3 landscape staff . Your leadership skills and knowledge of landscaping practices will contribute to the successful completion of various projects.

Responsibilities:
– Supervise and lead a crew of landscape workers
– Plan and execute daily work assignments
– Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as grading topsoil, laying sod, install of plant material
– Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and tools
– Train new crew members on landscaping techniques and safety procedures
– Monitor crew performance and provide feedback for improvement

Requirements:
– Proven experience in landscaping
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team

-Be able to operate a small articulated loader
– Excellent knowledge of landscaping practices, including plant identification and care
– Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools safely
– Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members
– Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship
– Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
– Valid driver’s license
