Construction Foreman / Team Leader
Join our team as a Foreman and take the lead in overseeing construction projects. This full-time position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with weekends off, providing a stable work environment for dedicated professionals.
Job Overview:
As a Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating construction projects from start to finish. Your role will involve overseeing the construction crew ensuring project timelines are met and maintaining quality standards throughout the process.
Duties:
– Manage and lead a construction crew as a working foreman of your own crew
– Ability to be a working foreman while motivating and leading your own crew
– Travel to job sites and be on site on time, we travel all over NB, NS, PE.
– Communicate with customers as needed
– STRONG attention to quality work
– Unload and keep truck and trailer organized
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENCE and ABLE to provide a drivers abstract.

Full commission payout on all sales (ability to make over $150000 a year)
